Longline vessels

51. Other than SIDS and Indonesia [footnote 10], CCMs shall not increase the number of their longline vessels with freezing capacity targeting bigeye tuna above the current level.

footnote 10 This paragraph shall not create a precedent to respect to application of exemptions non-SIDS CCMs.
