EFFORT LIMIT
10. The total effort of these vessels shall not exceed 4,659* days. The Philippines shall limit its fleet to 36 fishing vessels (described by the Philippines as catcher fishing vessels) in the HSP-1 SMA. * footnote 14: Reference Table 2(b), WCPFC9-2012-IP09_rev3
