Required actions by a flag CCM where there are reasonable grounds to believe a WCPFC ROP Observers safety incident occurred

Port CCM to facilitate entry of a fishing vessel where observe safety incident has been reported

Required actions if an observer safety incident is reported after the observer has disembarked the vessel

Requirement that CCMs are to ensure their national Observer Providers take certain actions to support the implementation of CMM 2017-03

Requirement to ensure that available HSBI Inspection Vessels and Fishing Vessels participate to the extent possible in any search and rescue operations
