Limits on Longline Vessels with Freezing Capacity
47. CCMs, other than Small Island Developing States and Indonesia**, shall not increase the number of their longline vessels with freezing capacity targeting bigeye tuna above the applicable level under CMM 2013-01.* ** footnote 7:This paragraph shall not create a precedent with respect to application of exemptions to non-SIDS CCMs.* footnote 8: The provisions of this paragraph do not apply to those CCMs who apply domestic quotas, including individual transferable quotas, within a legislated/regulated management framework.
