Article 23 2. Each member of the Commission shall:   (c) provide to the Commission at such intervals as may be required information on steps taken to implement the conservation and management measures adopted by the Commission. WCPFC11 agreed that CCMs will confirm if they have nothing to report on obligations when completing Annual Reports to make it clear to the Secretariat that this obligation has been considered (para 501 WCPFC11 summary report).
